The Phezulu Safari Park – traditional dancing, artifact displays, cultural re-enactments, and the valley of 1000 hills.

Durban Beaches –Miles of gorgeous beaches, equipped with changing rooms, food vendors, restaurants, pubs, and water sport shops.

The Golden Mile – 6 km of entertainment on beachfront. Amusement parks, rickshaw rides, helicopter flip, live concerts, food stands, bars, and clubs.

Rickshaw ride- Rickshaw drivers in magnificent head-dresses resplendent with beads; a novel way to tour the beachfront.

Umgeni Steam Railway (Inchanga Choo Choo)- First and last Sunday of each month twice daily. 

Victoria Street market- 180 stalls selling exotic spices, basketwork and brassware, wood articles as well as meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.

Mangrove Swamps- Black, red and white mangrove along the Mgeni River. Good bird-watching spot.

Indian District- Do an “Oriental Walkabout” of this area, which includes a visit to the Victoria St Market and the muthi market.
