Package Overview
Situated in the Titsikama Mountains,South Africa, Langkloof is one of the only places left in the world where you can still ride amongst the wild horses! We ride 25-30km a day, and the trail is suitable for novice through to experienced riders. The scenery that you will encounter on this awesom horse-trail package is amazing, from the mountains to the magnificent pine forests and through the 2000 different species of indigenous fynbos. Not to mention the thrill of riding amongst the wild horses!
Full Itinerary
Day 1:
From Cape Town International Airport we head to Hermanus, famous for land-based whale-watching. You’ll take a horse ride along 18km of pristine beach, overnight at De Kelders. After a day’s riding, recharge in a fresh water spring on the beach (a natural phenomenon!)
Day 2:
We ride from the guesthouse Lowain to Bergplaas where we overnight.
Day 3:
We leave Hoogekraal and ride to Gerickespunt and overnight there (Sedgefield).
Day 4:
We make our way back to Lowain.
